A welcoming yoga studio in the heart of Denver — for every body, every level, every season of life. Whether it's your first time on the mat or your thousandth, you belong here.
All classes · All teachers · No commitment
Willow Tree Yoga was born from a simple belief: yoga is for everyone. Not just the flexible. Not just the spiritual. Not just the in-shape. Everyone.
We've spent the last decade building a studio in Denver where you can show up exactly as you are — beginner or seasoned, recovering from injury or training for a marathon, anxious or grounded — and find a teacher who gets it. No judgment. No competition. Just breath, movement, and community.

Just yourself, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. We provide free mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. If you're coming to a hot class, bring a towel.
